Information Regarding Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day:

On which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they were delivered together.

On which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last item, provided that you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by email at:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until:

We have received the returned goods; or
-
You have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods,
whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions and Loss of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

For the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

For the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

For the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations beyond our control.

For the supply of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription agreements.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

For the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.

For the supply of goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature.

For the supply of sealed audio recordings, video recordings, or computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.
