What is the delivery time?
Our delivery process consists of two stages:
1. Processing Time
Within 1–3 business days after placing your order, it will be reviewed, approved, and carefully packed. Your package will then be prepared for shipment.
2. Delivery Time
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
All orders are shipped through our trusted delivery partners.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and do not include possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer than usual.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Premium Shipping on all orders. This includes insurance coverage in the event of theft, loss, or damage during transit.
Where is my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can track your order through the tracking page on our website. Simply click "Track Your Order" in the main menu.
For logistical reasons, orders may occasionally be shipped in multiple packages.
My tracking number is not working
Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated after shipment.
If your tracking number still does not show any information after several days, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
